After graduation in business economics, Michael Groß gained initial experiences in operational market research of an energy supplier in 1989. He gathered practical experiences in several market research institutes, before he set up the institute promit together with Axel von Wecus in 1995.

Today, Michael Groß is managing partner of promit.

During his academic studies of social economics, Axel von Wecus gained initial experiences in market research. Within the scope of empirical, clinical studies he became acquainted with market research and expanded his expertise at various market research institutes after graduation.

He set up the company promit together with Michael Groß and as managing partner he is in charge of method development.

During his academic studies of business administration, Martin Schulz already worked for promit as student assistant and later on as a member of the project team. He is employed on a permanent basis at promit GmbH since 1999. Since 2003 Martin Schulz is in charge of the project management, where he is particularly responsible for the key account management of our clients of the engergy sector within the scope of the BDEW-projects and several B2B-researches.

Stefan Zimmermann came to promit in 2007 during his academic studies of computer science. Due to a fast-growing business of online-surveys, our team soon needed support. Today he is a permanent part of our team. He is responsible for our in-house software development as well as online-surveys.

After his graduation in electrical engineering and postgraduate studies in industrial engineering, Thomas Frenz startet to work for promit on a freelanced basis in 1997. Since 2000 he is employed on a permanent basis at promit GmbH and today works as project consultant.

Daniela Peylo is in charge of our call center since 2000 and responsible for 220 qualified freelancers, among them native-speakers from different aereas as e.g. Central and North America, Asia and Europe. Already during her academic studies of English and Romance language and literature, she gained practical experiences in market research at different institutes in Hamburg and Berlin. As a link between project management and our freelancers, she guarantees a smooth work flow and professional data acquisition.
