“Are offers of qualification and advanced training received sufficiently, are they created attractively, of high quality and are they effective?”
“Are our employees deployed properly according to their abilities and motivation?”
“Does our management guide our personnel well?”
“Do all our employees know the strategic objectives of our company, do they identify with these objectives and do they contribute to the future development of our company?”
“Is there physical stress or psychological strain in the workplace, that can be avoided or at least alleviated, in order to maintain productive efficiency, motivation and healthiness likewise?”
“Currently, our company is going through a change management process. Do our employees understand the background and the objective of this process, are they integrated in this process?”
“Do we waste capacity, creativity or ideas of our employees, that could help to further develop our company?”
Assigning employees to identify weak points in the company → identifying and motivating employees as vital resource to further development of the company → how do you get there?
The questions reveal the diversity of the topics and objectives for employees. Therefore we develop in close cooperation with the client an individually tailored and qualified survey concept. But interviewing the employees and analyzing the results is not good enough by half.
In the overall process, we strongly advise to observe some more basic rules:
- announce the results of an employee survey in your company
- initiate workshops to discuss the results and to develop improvement measurements
- document and control the implementation of the measurements comprehensible for everybody
Along with a phase of information, operational structuring and consideration of special standards, further aspects are of particular importance in the conception of the survey and the development of the questionnaire beforehand:
Chosing the qualified data collection method (if applicable a combination) as well as complying with certain rules to guarantee absolute anonymity of the results in the course of the data collection and analysis, have a direct impact on a smooth process, the quality of the data and therewith on the results.
